It's lunch time here, so I had a cheese and pickle sandwich and half a Bounty bar.

I skipped lunch so I guess I'm having lunch & dinner all together. The thing is called Charquicán here in Chile and basically it's a mix of potatoes, corn, carrots, green beans, pumpkin, spinach and ground beef....all mashed and mixed together. Kinda looks like baby food, but it's delicious and it reminds me of my mom. :-D
And I'm drinking diet coke.

It's Friday so I had an enormous burger and Jack Daniels for lunch. The drink, obviously...

Also, we are celebrating..err...something...in the office so there are cakes.

Well, It's sunday lunch time here in the UK, and the tradition is that we eat so much food that we can't move for the rest of the day. I have just had Slow Roasted Shoulder of Pork with Quinces. Except that quinces are out of season in my garden, so it was with apples instead. And cider instead of the white wine, and cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. And no chillies. And I had different vegetables, because life it too short to eat cabbage.

So at some point it bore a passing resemblance to the recipe....

I got a big box of treats and goodies from watson today. So I have been sampling different candies and snacks from HK.

The black currant Frutips are quite good...they are a chewy candy and very tasty.

I've also tried the chocolate marshmallows....they are good too...marshmallow with a creamy chocolate center. They are called Cat Fiber (!!!!).

And then there are the chocolate egg rolls...they are called Collon (!!!!!).

I have yet to try the gummy hamburgers or the Hello Kitty marshmallows, but I'm sure they will be very good.

I just love that watty...she ROCKS!
