Orange Rolo's. Two whole packets so far - I'm going for a personal best because it's Friday.

I know that there shouldn't be an apostrophe in Rolo's, but Rolos looks wrong...

Kelloggs Special K (Red Berries). It tastes like soggy cardboard, but I must persist, otherwise I will never drop a jeans size in two weeks.

Oreos and water! Then later on, I'm gonna make a fabulous dessert out of avocado, by cutting and mixing it in a milk and sugar! :-D

I guess I'm the only one eating today... :eyebrow

I'm having a Garden Burger on whole wheat sourdough bread, green beans and sliced tomato lightly peppered.

Oh...and I'm drinking water.

McDonalds Quarterpounder with cheese meal. I'm allowed one normal meal on my diet, but it is supposed to be healthier than this. The :devil made me do it....well, him and the totally hot girl in the cereal aisle at the supermarket who flirted with me until I admitted that I was bored with the diet and just wanted some grease. On reflection, that wasn't necessarily the most innuendo-free phrase I could have used, but it made her laugh!

Must remember to hang out in the cereal aisle again....

Cereal. Again. No sign of dramatic weight loss (not that I need to lose loads, just a bit unhealthy after Christmas), but teeth are rotting nicely, thank you...

I'm about to eat some grilled chicken strips and macarooni & cheese.

Does anyone have a reciepe for the spread in cucumber sandwiches?
