we now refuse to use the word pneumonia in the office. it's only PNU-ammonia. and funny that you mention "pubic whorehouse" - i actually wanted to return the complaint to said obnxious intern with a note that read: are you sure you didn't mean "pubic whorehouse"? but since i'd just conducted sexual harassment training for the interns, we didn't think it'd be a good idea. great minds obviously think alike barb!
