(oh heck, I forgot there is a photo thread, sorry, I am sure a mod will move soon...)

I was using a small icon of Amber wearing her "Doctor Who scarf" for my Doctor Who avatar on another forum and strangely enough the person who originally took the photos (Dan Garrett) spotted it and was so incredibly kind to share the full-sized orignals with me! She looks a little tired and pale but hey it's AMBER so its all good!

So I thought I would pass the SQUEE along! Here are a few select ones at half original size:

You know, Amber looks even thiner lately! Just not as pale.
(It's selfish to say, but I don't perfer to look at her like that, I miss the curves!)

Maybe she was ill from the transatlantic flight, dunno.
But she eeks out a smile or two and I can't help but love it.

I vaguely remember a photo of her wearing that same scarf at some kind of convention so if anyone has that photo or knows where it's at, be sure to let me know?

You know Emms, I had that same exact reaction when I first saw those photos and posted as such...don't recall if it was on this board or Essence...at any rate my post was removed and I received a slap-on-the-wrist e-mail saying "we don't say bad things about Amber on this board" I think I also recall I had said why does Adam Bush always look so pissy when he has the most beautiful woman in the room on his arm...personally I think someone had their bone a little too tight...being concerned for someone's health and being negative about someone is not the same thing...anyway, to get to the point...and I do have one...I am glad I am not the only one who feels Amber is looking a little too thin

I am sure it has not been forgotten that her weight and appearance have been used as means to try to hurt and insult Amber in the past. Though that did not happen here, it might explain a certain amount of vigilance on our part. Whether someone gets ´slapped on the wrist´ by an uptight moderator depends on how their genuine concern is phrased, even well meant concern can sound offensive at times, though I am sure that whatever board it was, your past comments were misread. As long as it is clear people are not being hurtful and that we don´t measure her worth by the pound there should be no more slapping of the wrists.

No... you're not the only one. I saw those photos a long time ago, and I remember being really worried about her.

Well I certainly didn't mean for anything to sound offensive. I love Amber just as much as the next kitten, which is why it's so distressing to see her not looking well.
