Del-Its not that bad, it took some getting used to but once I was able to change the ring to a smaller one it made it easier. I want to get the other side done now....But I think then I would have touble eating because now with one side done I sort of shovel food into the other side of my mouth..so if I had both sides done I'd probably wind up getting everything I eat all over my face
