Triple triumph at NTAs
For the second year running, Doctor Who has scooped three prizes at the National Television Awards.
The show won most the popular drama award, plus most popular actress for Billie Piper and most popular actor for David Tennant.
"I think if my eight-year-old self could see me at the Royal Albert Hall winning a prize for playing the Doctor on telly, he would need a stiff shot of Irn-Bru," Tennant joked after collecting his award from Dame Julie Andrews.
"I'm really chuffed," he added. "It's been really daunting to come into something that was such a huge success."

The BBC National Orchestra with the BBC National Chorus of Wales give a special concert in the Wales Millennium Centre on Sunday 19 November of the work of Murray Gold - the man behind the music of Doctor Who.
The event includes a question and answer session with Russell T Davies, David Tennant and Murray Gold.
The concert will be filmed for a special Doctor Who Confidential programme, to be shown on BBC One at Christmas, when the whole concert will also be available for digital viewers to watch on BBCi via the red button!
