I have been so wet the whole day... And not the good kind of being wet :happy
People are complaining about their mails being a bit moist then and there, at the corners mostly, and they complain to who? to the postwoman wet to the boone who has had no break for 11 hours of work to deliver them this.

my most recent ex just told me tonight that she's engaged to the guy she started dating after me. i was never particularly serious about her, so it wouldn't be too upsetting were it not for this gruesome fact:

she is now at least the ninth of my ex's (going back to a boy i dated my sophomore year of high school) to marry or otherwise commit to the person they dated immediately after me (and in some cases left me for). isn't that a glorious track record to hold? it just seems statistically impossible to be a coincidence, yet there is no other explanation for it. the baby jesus apparently hates me.

all i can say is, wtf?

p.s. if my most recent nightmare (aka the 21-year-old from vacation) calls me next week to tell me she's getting married i will straight up lose my shit.

First off, let me preface this with full acknowledgment that you may want to laugh when you read it. So if you get done laughing and have some sympathy, that's cool too.

Now...

Not to be too graphic but here goes.

I like to have my pubic hair short. Not shaved because that kind of ooks me out (like why would I want to look like a child?) but short so that it's manageable and clean and such. So every month or so, when I have a chance I use electric trimmers to shave it short. It of course takes a confluence of events (mainly, someone else watching the child and being clean/not too sweaty but having time to take a shower after). Well this week was a watershed in anti-hair. I went and got the hair on my head cut (yay!) then used the trimmer on my pubic hair, then got in the shower and shaved not just my legs but my bikini line too. Yay right?

So far, so good right?

Except, I have amazingly coarse, thick, curly hair (everywhere). So I have a problem with ingrown hairs. I don't shave my bikini line frequently because those hairs get ingrown. Well, yesterday morning I went to the gym and did an hour on the eliptical. With each step, I could feel my hairs getting caught in my bike shorts and pulling. By yesterday afternoon, I had the most amazingly painful sore spot on my... let's say very private area... from friction/ingrown hairs. I've gotten the hairs out but it hurts like hell. I couldn't workout today and stayed home from work because I couldn't imagine wearing pants all day.

Ouch!

much sympathy for Debra and her less than comfortable situation. :-|

I don't exactly feel crappy (I've been trying to stay away from that specific state of being lately) but I am irritated that I have to go in to work two hours earlier than my usual time today. I've grown accustomed to lazing about and am grumpy at having my afternoon shortened. Poo.

i hurt my back this weekend and was laid up in bed all day yesterday. now i'm at work and my back is killing me! i just reached for my phone and had the worst pain shoot through my lower back and down my legs. it made my eyes freakin' water.

this is my last week at work and i'm leaving early friday morning to begin my 3,000 mile drive back home. this is the worst timing ever!

thanks for indulging my whine. :sob
