That's what I'm talking about! I don't want Lance Armstrong New Strong, I want retro 80's Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant Strong!

I'm gonna put the hurt on this mug of coffee.

You better not want Lance Armstrong anything, it is probably full of drugs and is probably as filthy as the man...

A salad of Romaine lettuce, pearl tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing, an entree of Trader Joe's Havana Style Pinwheels (which kind of sucked--if they're trying to approximate a Cuban sandwich, they missed), and a dessert of dark chocolate washed down with vanilla-flavored coffee.

Once all that settles, I'm going to go running.

pasta with meat balls coocked with red and green bell peppers, oinion, tomatoes and herbs. Yummy it is. For dessert I'll have Mint and Chocolate ice cream.

Coffee. Nothing but coffee. I had some leftover zesty-fries (that's what they're called) sitting out, and any other morning they would've made for a wonderful breakfast. But I'm just not feeling up to it today.

It's usually serious on those rare occasions when I lose my appetite like this. Maybe I'll eat something for lunch and then everything will be ok.

Bacon with scrambled eggs, potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
And as I went to the English market store, I'm trying a Cherry Diet Coke. Really different from the classical Cherry Coke...
And as a dessert I will have some Muscat grape.

Right now, I'm drinking a Hansen's Diet Tangerine Lime soda. For dinner, I had spinach linguine tossed with olive oil and Parmesan, with tuna on top.

Just got back from the Taj Palace lunch buffet. We don't get up to Bowling Green much on weekdays, certainly not at lunch time, but we were getting Mrs. Gorn her international driver's license. I talked her into driving back because I ate myself into a stupor ...

I fell asleep in the car on the way back and dreamed of elephant-headed gods and naked women bearing trays of curry, nan, and tandoori chicken. It was like heaven.
