Well it's that breakfasty time of day again so the standard fare of muesli and tea for me!

english speakers (at least americans) actually use the term filet mignon, you know. can't think of a time i ever went into a steakhouse and ordered a "dainty fillet" hahaha.

I know, hence me putting the French term, when it is not said in fFench in English speaking country, I don't, but I decided to put the real English name too 'cause there are not only USAns people here or English or native english speakers

half of a cornish game hen that i stuffed with springs of fresh rosemary and rubbed down with butter, garlic, salt and pepper...also some roasted red potatoes with rosemary and garlic and some green beans.
