Christmas Songs (played by me #^_^# )

Foo's 'Tis the Season thread got me thinking Christmas-y thoughts, so...I kind of played some Christmas songs on my guitar. And recorded them. And am going to post them before I can change my mind.

So, um, here:

Silent Night
The First Noel

Sorry the sound quality is awful. I literally put a $5 dollar mic inside the guitar body to keep outside noise out. >_<;

Will probably record more as the season goes...

It does some weird reverb thing at 0:39. Apparently that's what happens when you shimmy the guitar with a microphone inside of it. ^_^

But huh I wanted to ask... The First Noel? Noel? Really?
I know you never do it on purpose but you keep throwing some Frenchiness here and there... Or things that are also French anyway...

Wow, really enjoyed your playing. Particularly excited by the version of "Silent Night" the arrangement and your technique had a real medieval quality, almost like the plucked strings of a harpsichord.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your talent - loved it!
