New BBcode options

You can now resize a big image so that it fits into a page without scrolling off the screen:

[img width=xxx height=xxx]URL[/img]

where xxx is the new resolution number for width and height, remember to keep it proportionate or it will look funny.

I have also now fixed the way the url and img buttons work, hopefully it is easier to insert and name links and insert images.

Also with the exception of the url and img tags, tags and smilies will now be placed where your cursor is, not at the end of the post.
