Yes, I'm really into vid making right now. And I thought, why not do one about our fav couple? It's my first Will/Tara vid, so be gentle please...

Great video ! Usually I dread MVs because most people don't see why the video should match the song in any way. Here it totally does, so that was awesome ! ;-)
Plus, I have to say, the idea of the black and white snapshots leading to the rest of the scene in video ? That was brilliant, seriously ^^

Thumbs up ! :peace

I don't know how I could work any other way. The lyrics are a guide for me which images to use, and in this vid, I'm quite happy with it. Of course I always pick the song that matches the couple, one way or another...

Thanks! :) It was something I wanted to try out. The timing was difficult to get right, but I'm glad you liked it.

Thanks for the FB! It's very appreciated ;)

I loved it :D.
I watch a lot of W/T vids but more often than not I feel disapointed with them ><
Not this time :). The song fit perfectly, the pacing was perfect and it really captured what made Willow and Tara such a good couple :)

Absolutely amazing! That's probably one of the best W/T music videos I've seen. Great job. I really enjoyed the black and white snap shots leading up to the "idea of heaven" scenes.

Okay I just left you a long babbling comment on youtube but this one definitely deserves double praise!

I'm so glad you're in such a vid making phase 'cause I've loved them all so much. I'm so happy such a creative and wonderful person is involved in W/T shipper-dom (which is totally a better and not-more-difficult word to say than fandom :p)

Wow, Helena! You are a video Goddess!

I LOVED IT!!!!

Loved how the lyrics often sync-d up with what was happening like holding hands or darkness. Excellent timing!

Still photos used to great effect - actually added power and beauty, also loved stills that led to the live moment.

I've played around a little with video editing enough to know a terriffic job when I see it - CONGRATULATIONS!!! :pinky :party :pinky :party

Wow! Thanks for the FB! This is all really encouraging (since I'm working on some new W/T vids :p)

KioNewgo Thanks! As I said before, I try to match the song to the couple, not just pick a random love song. It makes it easier for me to match the images.

mmmh-Hot-Sauce *blushes* okay, not sure I deserve so much praise, but thanks. Apparently the black and white snapshots were a good idea after all (everyone luuurves them lol).

Laragh hehe I read the babbly comment. Thanks, you're very sweet. And yes, shipperdom is a far better (and definitely more creative) word than fandom, so kudos for that :p. Glad to have made you smile ;)

Ariel A video Goddess? Maybe I should find a better name then :p. Thanks for the praise. It's good to know for future video-activities ;)

That was really awesome. Like above posters, I really liked the use of black and white. I am not in a video editing kick, but if you wanted to do one with "I'm A Believer," then that would be more than okay.

Interestingly, I didn't recognize the shot from the beginning of "Shadow" at first and had to go look it up. It's like I've been focusing on season 4 for some reason.

Maybe not as fitting and spectacular as the first one, but I liked the song :)

Well that is a very sweet video, the slow and soft images actually fit the softness of the song pretty well, it felt very sweet as well as a bit melancholic (to me, anyway ^^).

Keep the vids coming, you're doing great ! :peace

BeMyDeputy: Thanks! You know, since you asked I've been thinking about doing 'I'm a believer'. When I first listened to it, nothing much came to mind, but then I listened and ideas started coming. I've been working really hard on this next vid, but I promise I'll start working on this one right away. It will probably take a while, but I think it'll be a fun vid.

Laragh: As always, the FB is much appreciated. Glad I'm introducing you to new songs. It's surprising how many good songs I found by watching W/T fanvids, so I'm glad to be the giver this once.

KiWy: Yeah, I really loved that song, even though - I must agree with you there - it is a bit melancholic. But then again, people have often told me that I'm a melancholic person, so that was to be expected. And one vid, coming up!

***
Okay, so here's yet another vid. I waited to do this, because I wanted to be sure that I got it right. It is a kinda sad vid though, since it includes the W/T breakup from S6. Ye be warned ;)

P.S. if anyone has an idea for a song for a vid, please tell me. Requests are always welcome, especially since I'm running out of fresh ideas ;)

Well another vid, and I am glad about it ! ^^
So, I didn't like the song, but that's just musical tastes anyway, though the video fits it very well, and what I mostly loved was the ending with the pictures and the perfect timing of the last video with the song :)

Keep it up ! :peace

KiWy: Hey! Thanks for leaving FB even though you didn't like the music. I got the impression that it was by far my least popular vid so far... But still, glad you liked it ;)

Anyway, I'm presenting my next vid already! It was on request that I'd do something with 'I'm a believer', so I did ;). It was fun to make, so I hope you like watching it too!

Right, I'm on my way to bed, but saw this, and had to make with the watching. Maybe I'll make with the coherent praise later, but for now.

Okay, really going on speed here. I wanted to upload this yesterday along with the other one, but movie maker was being stupid again *rolls eyes*. I was browsing for songs and I found this one, by Colbie Caillat. I'm usually not a great fan of hers, but this was exactly the kind of tummy-flutter-giving, smile-inducing song that expressed how W/T make me feel, so I went for it. I tried to do something with soundfiles too, but as WMM is not so advanced when it comes to that, I tried to keep it simple.

Do you do anything but eat, sleep and make vids at the moment? You're like a machine!! I loved this one though :) I loved the dialogue at the beginning/throughout!

Although I always found the way Tara said 'no, you are' oddly intense lol

Great song. Perfect song! Like she mentions a crooked smile!! Unbelievably wonderful.

As ever, you did such a good job of lining the clips up (you take my hand, knock me off my feet etc)

ok, so this last video was very nice, I liked the little voiced moments :)

Though the "I'm a believer" vid is perfect and amazing, to me it is your best along with the first one :) The sync is always just as great, too.

Keep it up with the awesome job ! :peace

Hehe. Yes, I'm afraid that I've found my new addiction :p. I'm in the vidmakers anonymous now. We're still looking for a better name, though ;)
Thanks for the praise. Again, it was probably the song that did it. It just fit, you know? (When I heard that 'crooked smile' lyric, I just had to do something with it). And yes, agree with the oddly intense. I thought it was pretty weird, the first time I saw it. Looking back it was major clueage on what would happen to them eventually, but again, I missed it. Now it's in my catalogue of great W/T moments :p

KiWy: Thanks :blush, I try. I was pretty happy with the voiced moments. I was afraid that it might sound forced, but apparently not ;)

Enjoy the next one!

heya kittens,

long time no post... I'm afraid I've been a little out of inspiration. Add to that that I just bought a Mac, so I have to learn to work with iMovie now instead of MovieMaker. I'm still getting the hang of it, so be gentle...

Lemme know what you think! (And if anyone has any requests, the offer still stands.)

So, I was in a silly mood today, so I just made a very silly vid. VERY silly. It's on 'I wanna hold your hand' by the Beatles. I just noticed that handholding does seem to be a theme in de W/T relationship, so yeah...

Thanks for the FB!
