That cd is aways in my truck's cd player. The young one and I do a rousing rendition of "I'll Never Tell." Jazz hands and all, lol.

On the topic of OMWF, I was humming "Going through the motions" on Friday in my study hall while playing chess (Yes, we play chess with our free time. Don't laugh.) with the same kid I always play with, and he countered it by humming "Something to sing about." I didn't even know he knew Buffy, but he has now earned my full and complete respect, especially because he was on time AND on pitch.

Right now, though, I'm listening to a combo of the Boston Red Sox game (3 - 3!) and whatever music is playing from the neighbor's house.

Listening to "The Rachel Maddow" show as I clean/finish packing the bedroom.

I have such a crush on that woman.

Brace yourselves!

I've got The Trapp Family Choir, the real deal whose story inspired "The Sound of Music" - a CD created by friends who work with a record archivist.

You know, they really are pretty good! :applause

The Weeknd's House of Balloons. I highly recommend it.

A recording of me and two of my sisters singing Traveling Soldier. It's not exactly *good* (mostly cause the song wasn't designed to be a 3-part-harmony), but it feels good to hear it. It's the sound of home.
