$1700 to break the lease on my old apartment, but I guess that's not exactly a *thing*, so as far as something tangible, a little over $1000 for a plane ticket to Germany.

What is the best play you've ever seen, and what made it so great?

Wicked, It was just fantastic in every way. The story was excellent, but it was the music that really stood out. Really, really great!!!

The story itself kind of reminded me of fan fiction in a way, because they took a classic story and made up an entire different scenario that took place simultaneously during the original Wizard of Oz; filling in all the gray areas. Kinda like what we do here on the KB.

If you were given the opportunity to have dinner with ANY actor or actress, who would it be and why?

Ok. I don't have an answer. I'm just hijacking to say my son had to fill out a little questionnaire for his camp that starts today. One of the questions was if you could meet anyone, who would you like to meet. He literally can't comprehend why he would want to meet someone. He asked me to suggest and I said what about Mendelev or Einstein or Grandma Susi (my mom who died 3 months before he was born) and he was like... "but they're... dead... and why would I want to meet them?" Literally... can't... comprehend. He left that one question blank.

Talk to Katharine Hepburn because she's full of wit and opinions. Talk to Helen Keller (okay it's a stretch, but she did appear on vaudeville and in a movie), talk to Emma Thompson just because she's brilliant. Okay, I'll stop now! I actually fantasized about being pregnant and having a baby when I was four and would put a teddy bear under my pajamas! I wanted to be a parent when I was married and happy, so I looked at my thirties and it worked out!!! Yay!!!

What would you say to your first love, if you found them again?

What I first wrote was absurdly long, but here's the slightly-less-long version.
The first girl I ever loved is my best friend, so I say things to her all the time, no finding required; but to the first girl I loved who loved me back, the girl who was my first everything else, I would say: I hope you're happy and your life is good. I still miss you and probably always will. I hope that despite everything you can smile when you think of me and the time we had together, because for me it was magical and I know there was a time it was for you too. It's hard for me to say, even now, that I hope you're happy with her, but the important part is that I hope you're happy, and if she makes you happy then I hope she's yours forever. And one last thing... I love you. I don't know if I'm *in* love with you anymore, but I just want you to know, if you ever feel alone, even for a second, you're not, because there's at least one person in this universe who loves you and will always believe in you, and would be there for you in a heartbeat if you ever needed a friend.

If you could know, right now, 100%, who at the end of your life will have been your greatest love, would you want to?

This is a toughie.

At first, part of me says that I would want to know, simply because it might make life so much easier. It would make it so that I wouldn't have to worry about 'playing' the dating game, I would just have to make sure I found that person.

Then, if I sit down and think about it, I realize that I really don't want to know right now. First of all, (imo) dating is half the fun of life, and just because I'll date people other than 'her' in my life, doesn't mean those relationships won't be important and teach me things I need to know about love and life. Secondly, if the sci-fi fandom has taught me anything, it's that things can change in an instant, because of simple choices. So just because one person is 'the one' right now, doesn't mean that she will always be 'the one'. Directions change, people change, motives change.

So, thanks, but I'll skip.

I love that my personality is crazy and silly enough to keep me entertained. I never would've survived my hour walks to work when I lived in Kentucky if I weren't crazy enough to talk to myself and have my mind constantly jump all over the place, connecting the most random things. I love that I can just be walking along, or sitting on a bus, and suddenly burst out laughing cause I've thought of something completely hilarious (often that wouldn't make sense to anyone but me).

If you could change the goodbye you had with one person, group, or place without it changing anything else-- like, maybe someone died suddenly and you'd want to tell them goodbye, but you wouldn't warn them about their death-- what would you do differently?

I would have to say my Grandpa, he died when I was very young, but I never got a chance to hang out with him. I was told he was a pretty cool guy. He even made me earrings and took me to get my ears pierced. I would probably beg to hang out with him more, just to hear his stories and spend as much time as I could before he passed away.

If you were given the choice between Saving your life, saving your soul mates life or saving your kids (that you had with your soul mate) Who would you choose? (Now not a trick questions, but any scenario could work from just married to going old and your kids are out of the house, your choice)

I'd have to say our kids' lives because I know she would want me to do that, but it breaks me to think of kids being orphaned.

Cookie dough (delicious comfort food that makes me think of childhood), chocolate milk with bailey's (deliciousness that makes me think of two of my best friends), mint chocolate chip ice cream (comfort food that makes me think of my little sister), Smiley's black olive pizza (amazing food that makes me think of the happiest times of my life), pre-packaged German waffles (the single most amazing food on the planet), and a banana (to make me think of Doctor Who).

If you were in prison, what would you be there for?

I would (will?) probably be thrown in prison for attacking a customer or damaging property at work. Stupid people bother me, but not as much as rude bastards
