Great work Quill! Vamp Willow is soooooo hot! Well she's dead, so I suppose she'd really be cold, huh?

Did you use charcoal for that one Quill? Just wondering.

Cool. Hey, do you tend to use willow sticks (lol. not a pun. willow sticks are the thin charcoal pieces), thicker pieces, or charcoal pieces in a clutch pencil? I tend to use my clutch pencil because at least I can switch the media (ie. graphite, browns, whites, etc). Just curious to see what others tend to use.

I tend to alternates between clutch sticks and condensed charcoal. I can never seem to create the same dramatic effect of shades and tones with the wood charcoal sticks. Are you an artist Pixie?

Huh! For me using more than one type of pencil seems fairly advanced. I think I'll have to buy some proper materials one of these day.

hi that`s really amazing...but if u like to get some thinks to make it better (if u want do change the things) i REALLY like it so don`t think, that this things are bad meaned...cause..they aren`t

-it seems like the eyes are looking into different ways...(or I can`t see very well

-the fingers are a little bit short eren`t them..But...don`t worry, the fingers of my comic characters are more worse I swear!!!

the shading is very cool!
The Pic is really brilliant I know it..I`m a little artist too

short: I love it!

Thanks for the tips Power of Three. I wasn't really going for perfect anatomical accuracy, just more or less, toying with tones and lines. But thank you for taking the time to point out where I might focus more next time.

Well, I guess you could say that in some respects. Right now I'm in my last year of high-school and contrary to those who would think that music is my focus subject - I'd say that Visual Arts is my main subject. I didn't know this, but my mother said that I wanted to take art classes even when I was a tiny tott. So yeah, I gotta get back into my sketches - haven't done any real charcoal work for a few months now, plus I left one of my fave charcoal & pastel works at school at the end of the year - so I'm guessing it was probably tossed out. Grrrr... it was a good one of BtVS-like stuff too! Ok, I've worked myself into a bit of a huff now. Sorry.

But yeah, in regards to your question, Yes. I am an artist.
