I like the part where they are tllaking about their friends and families and saying that they we love them like Willow or Tara does. I hope both understand the true meaning!!! No, not hoe, they do after the spell!!:love

Nice update. Just goes to show how love can allow a person to over come their fears!

The description of them sharing their energy was just awesome.

It was interesting reading your floating rose spell after having written that very scene myself a few days ago for my own fic. I liked your descriptions of energy levels and how you ended the spell with the heart of petals was great.

Stef – You must sit by the computer waiting for updates. You’re always first. Anyway, ribbon for you for your quick feedback. Yes, Willow is slowly coming along re: the horses. I think it’s called systematic desensitization. So she’s moving closer and Tara’s not pushing her.

And both said what they didn’t say and knew that the other got it. Which is kind of the way it goes. Glad you liked the spell.

BV – Wow, great comment. As I read it, something hit me that I hadn’t thought of when I wrote the piece. It really is about overcoming their fears: Willow’s of the horses and Tara’s of opening herself to their passion and union. I hadn’t even made that connection myself. And of course, both of them visiting the other’s “family” definitely has that fear element in it for both. Always a challenge.

DMW – Thanks. Where is your’s? Is it published yet? I’m not reading it but always looking for good fics to add to my list. Glad you liked it. I didn’t want to get into the how to do magic part, just the energy exchange/share. Thanks for reading.

Yoikes! So let's hear it for magic in all its wondrous forms...That was so erotic and sensual. Loved the energy parallel to sexual arousal; Tara seems to love it, too!

I cracked up at your regretful comment about it not being a TV show. I love those little asides, you know, the in-jokes. I really am looking forward to both of them meeting the other's "family." That's always illuminating (not to mention nerve-wracking!).

And Tara on a horse...oh yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

Great work.

Wow, it must be Rose-spell week or such :) . It IS a nice spell though, allowing lots of things to be said-yet-not-said....(DWM's fic has the rose spell in chapter 13, title is Dark Rose)

I laughed out loud at this line:

Quote:

It's the first time this month that the date is the product of a 3*3*2

Soooo Willow to come up with all sorts of complex answer to such a question :) . She was very brave btw. coming near horsies like that. It was good to read that the curse-imprint on her magic is fading in favour of light magic. Much healthier for her.

Heh, Tara is actually suprised Willow read the book on focussing her energy ? Willow loves books, of course she would have finished it by now... :D

Are scoobies friendly to witches, well duuuuuh... they're used to lots of strange things. A witch wont phase them one bit. Tara has little to be nervous about really, unless Anya is around (being tactless as usual). Nice that Tara is not all nervous about introducing Willow to her parents, good change that.

littlecrazy80 (Romy) – Thanks so much for your note. Feel free to write more: you write great.

Mary – Yeah for magic, that’s right. Yes, the parrallel. Actually, I wanted it farther than that. As a truly sexual experience for our witches. Maybe it came out like that or maybe not but that’s the intention. Ha ha to the injokes. You’re the only one to mention so glad it got a chuckle. Family meeting coming up. I’m about 5 parts ahead and they are moving closer to the meeting part. Thanks for reading.

Grimmy – Yes, found Dark Rose off your link. Thanks so much as it rocks! :clap for DMW. Yes, she’s teasing her girl but still Willow you know? I don’t think that Tara was surprised, just that she noted the obvious effect that reading the book had had. But of course, Willow probably read it the first day back from holiday (hey there everyone – I spoke English in honor of our British & Aussie readers! – Did I do it right y’all?) :rollin .

Yes, the scoobies should like Tara seeing as the array of people in their midst. Yes, I just printed out the ep list and I guess Anya is showing up right about now so she’s there in Sunnydale but not really in yet you know? W/T should arrive a few days after Amends. No, Tara isn’t nervous about introducing Willow. She’s a pretty independent girl!

Nick – Thanks as always for your loving and your bouncy emoticons. Next update scheduled for Friday. Warning though: After Friday, none till next Thursday as I’m off to the in-laws for Christmas. Fear not, though, I will be writing while there and Rachel has even said that she will work on Turned with me while we are gone. So maybe lots of updates then. Thanks as always.

I adore the innate trust they have in each other, while neither feel they can declare their love for each other, they both instinctively know it, and that's just lovely.

Tara feeling she could question Willow about Sunnydale, and telling of her concerns about meeting Willow's friends is another example of the trust.

The description of the spell was really beautiful.

Sonya – Thanks a lot. Yes, their magic will unite them. It allows them to open to each other and express their trust. Very awesome.

yana – Glad you liked. I can understand how Willow feels: If I just had the s3 DVD, I could have some specifics for a part I am writing. Glad you liked the goodness!

molly – Yes, their inate trust and also their willingness to say it without saying it. Yes, I think that Tara has to trust Willow to be willing to take her to meet her family and to go to Sunnydale. She knows that is a big deal to both girls. Glad you liked the spell.

Grimaldi – Yes, Willow is getting more brave. Although she’s been at school more than 3 months and just made her first visit to the stables? Not a speed demon with the courage exactly. Glad she moves faster than that with Tara.

TareBearRS – Glad you liked it all. Wanted to make it special. Their “first time.” Plus which, hey everyone, no one has mentioned Anniversary date coming up!!! .

Velaingle – Woo hoo! :clap :clap :clap A new Kitten reader and writer. I love more readers and love the feedback so thanks for joining the party. :bounce :bounce :bounce Glad you are loving it. Update tomorrow!

Thoughts in italics!

Willow paced her room, glancing constantly at her computer, her clock, her watch. What time is it? 5:20. Not late enough. She waited for Tara to come pick her up for their date. Their special date. Their two month anniversary. Oh Goddess, two months and already Willow felt like she couldn’t remember a moment in her life of not being with the blonde. Even before she met Tara she felt like she was waiting to meet her. Like there was something missing and when she found Tara, she became complete.

“Hey, you’re walking a hole in the floor. Why don’t you take a breath and sit down?” Michelle asked. The younger girl had come over to help Willow prepare for the date after the 4th time that Willow ran down to her room to ask her about something to wear or what earrings or how to do her hair.

“I can’t sit down. I’m too nervous. Well ok, not nervous but excited. The thing is, I don’t know what we’re doing or where we’re going or anything.”

“Ok, I understand that but still, you’re making me dizzy,” Michelle answered, giving up on trying to calm the redhead. “Anyway, you’re going to love it,” she smirked knowingly.

Ever since Willow had accepted Tara’s date for their anniversary, Tara had setting up their big surprise. Willow had no idea what the evening had in store but expected a nice dinner in town. Surely Tara could borrow the truck for the evening. In her playful way, Willow had berated, begged, cajoled, and pleaded for details on the plans but Tara stood firm. The redhead had even tried waiting until Tara was asleep two nights ago and asking what they were doing, hoping that Tara would talk in her sleep as she often did. Unfortunately, the blonde just mumbled a sleepy, “Nice try Will,” before lapsing back into unconsciousness. Finally Willow had insisted that she had to know enough to know what to wear on the date and Tara told her to dress “nice” like “nice dinner” nice and be ready at 5:30

Willow turned sharply toward Michelle: “What?”

“What? What?” Michelle asked puzzled.

“What did you just say?”

“I said you are going to love it?” Michelle questioned.

“You did say that. You know something about what Tara has planned? What? Where are we going? What are we doing? What is she wearing?” As Willow berated Michelle, the junior definitely looked sorry that she had said anything.

Willow slumped toward the bed where Michelle was sitting. Taking her hand she told the younger girl totally honestly, “you have no idea what this means to me. I mean, I don’t know what it means to her but I’m… I mean ... I. Ok. Breathe right? That’s your advice. And I should listen to you because you know lots of stuff and you ride horses like Tara and everything and you have good advice and I should just take a breath and wait for her to arrive right?”

Michelle patted Willow’s hand reassuringly, “it will be fine. And I’ve seen the two of you together. Whatever you feel, she does too.” Willow looked closely at the junior to see if she was joking or putting the redhead on in some way. Seeing only sincerity in her eyes, she relaxed a little. Goddess, maybe she’s right. It’s nice to have a friend to talk to though. Although… I mean… I wish I could have talked to Buffy about this. But how can I do that? I mean I haven’t even come out to her yet and now I’m thinking about, no definitely wanting to make love with the most wonderful woman in the world and that has to bring up very bad memories for her and what do I do? I really wish I could talk to Buffy though about this. What time is it? Grasping Michelle’s hand firmly, Willow took a deep breath to calm down.

Tara looked in the mirror and checked the clock one last time: 5:28. She felt exhilarated and completely excited as she hugged Alyson goodbye and headed out the door. Walking down the hall, she was not oblivious to the many looks and stares she received from other residents and their guests. A few smiled in a very complimentary way to let her know that she looked very good. By this time, pretty much everyone in the school knew about the relationship between her and Willow and those who saw her, assumed she was on her way to see the redhead.

And oh Goddess were they ever right? Tara could never remember or imagine caring so much about any event. She had planned this one very carefully and lovingly and had arranged an evening filled with romance and love to let Willow know just how she felt about the redhead. Actually, she knew that Willow already knew that. She just wanted share that love with her at every level. Throughout the week, she had had many secret meetings and conversations to arrange everything and she expected it to be perfect. At the same time, she was vaguely aware that no matter what, if she was with Willow, it would always be perfect.

Willow was just taking another deep breath and counting to 10 when she heard a light knock at the door. Glancing at Michelle and then at the clock: 5:30 exactly, she moved to open the door. Her first instinct upon opening the door was to grasp the wood frame as she felt her knees literally go weak when she saw Tara. Her eyes swept quickly and then more slowly over the breathtaking sight before her. The blonde stood at the threshold of the room holding a single red rose. She was dressed in a sharply tailored pair of gray wool slacks and white silk blouse. The blouse was buttoned low, to give Willow a view of her girlfriend’s cleavage. Tara wore her hair down but pulled back from her face to display a simple pair of brilliant sapphire earrings that accented the deep blue of her eyes. Around her neck was a gold chain which lay flat against her skin.

“uhhhhhh. Wwwww. Wwwww. Wwwwow,” was all Willow could get out as Michelle started giggling behind her, breaking the spell.

Reaching out to hand Willow the rose, Tara teased, “I take it you see something you like?”

Gulping again Willow could barely answer, “oh yeah.” As she reached out to take the rose and place a kiss on Tara’s lips she took her hand, pulling her into the room. Neither woman really noticed Michelle rising from the bed and slipping out the door. “Y’all have a wonderful time,” she whispered as she turned down the hall.

Drawing back from the kiss, Tara was able to take note of Willow for the first time. The redhead wore a long cream colored dress. It was simple but elegant and really accented Willow’s slight frame. A short strand of pearls showed off the neckline. As Tara brushed back red curls, she noted the matching earrings. “Goddess, you look beautiful Will.”

Nervous from her waiting and still not knowing anything about what was planned Willow began to ramble: “well, Yeah. I mean thanks baby. I mean, I had to get dressed up and you look… and Michelle helped me get ready. I mean, she helped me plan. And I feel bad about the oysters but I got these from my grandmother and the pearls were already stolen like 75 years ago so I’m not really and I’m babbling now aren’t I and did I mention you look amazingly beautiful and Happy Anniversary.”

Tara kissed the babbling redhead again before taking her hand, “Yes, you’re babbling and I love it. But come on, we have reservations.”

The two girls moved down the corridor and outside the building still holding hands. In her other hand, Willow held the single red rose. Exiting the building, she looked around for the familiar truck and was surprised not to see it sitting in the circular driveway. She looked around in obvious confusion as Tara pulled her hand toward the driveway. “Baby, where’s the truck?” she asked.

Smiling at her girlfriend, Tara nodded toward a fancy car nearby: “Let’s take this one instead,” she answered as James stepped from the front seat to open the back door of the car, motioning them inside. Willow looked at her girlfriend in shock as they climbed into the back of the car. She noticed that their coats were sitting in the front seat.

Settling in to snuggle together as James pulled out of the driveway, she asked, “Ok, what’s the story on this? Great surprise. I mean you not driving us in the truck but how did you swing this?”

Tara smiled, “I hope it is only the first of many surprises love. I made a trade with James. This is his father’s car and he went into town to borrow it for us. I really want this night to be perfect.”

Willow leaned in to kiss the blonde, answering, “of course it will be perfect my love. I’m spending the evening with you.” Pulling back, she continued looking at Tara intently.

“What?”

“What what?” Willow echoed.

“What are you looking at Will?” Tara asked.

Willow looked lustily at her girlfriend as she explained: “Well you see you look absolutely amazing.” Lowering her voice to a growl she continued, “that gold chain is really fantastic and it is laying so flat and tight against your neck and it moves with every heartbeat. I can see your pulse under the chain and it is so sexy.”

Leaning forward she placed her lips softly on the spot she had described, kissing and then sucking lightly, “it is just almost impossible to resist.”

“Uuuhhhuhhh,” Tara moaned in response.

“Oh do you like that baby?” Willow teased, flicking her tongue out to caress Tara’s neck and jugular. “Wow, I think the pulse is speeding up. Why do you think that is? I wonder if it’s the same way on the other side,” she mused, moving her lips to the blonde’s other pulse point and sucking on it.

For a moment as Willow elicited another moan from Tara, the blonde thought self-consciously about James sitting in the front seat listening to them but quickly put that thought out of her head. Placing her hand on the back of Willow’s neck, she guided their lips together.

Already feeling lightheaded from Willow’s attention to her neck, the blonde was further transported to a place of no thought as their lips blended together continuously. She darted her tongue out to tease apart the redhead’s lips and was instantly rewarded as Willow sucked her questing tongue deep into her own mouth. Tara moaned out again in response to Willow’s fervent attentions to her lips and tongue. Pulling her tongue back, she nipped playfully at the redhead’s lips before moving her lips down Willow’s face to her neck.

After few moments of light kissing and sucking on Willow’s so soft neck, she leaned forward to lick the crest of the redhead’s ear, whispering, “oh baby, I think I just made a light mark on your neck. I hope you don’t mind.”

Pulling back Willow looked astonished, “you didn’t?”

Tara looked sexily at the redhead, “oh yeah. Right here,” she lightly touched the spot just above Willow’s collarbone. Leaning forward she whispered in Willow’s ear, “I’m sorry sweetie, I guess I’m supposed to only make marks within bikini lines, right?”

As Willow gaped in astonishment, the car pulled to a stop. Tara grasped Willow’s hand smiling evilly as James pulled open the passenger-side door and held out their coats. Both girls stepped from the car, pulling on their coats as James gave Tara, then Willow a big hug. “Happy Anniversary. Tara, the plans are still the same?” he confirmed.

Tara nodded, kissing the young man on the cheek before turning to Willow, “Ok baby, first stop—dinner,” she indicated the restaurant, taking her girlfriend’s hand and leading her through the door. After checking their coats, she approached the host-stand, “reservations for Maclay.”

“Of course, let me show you to your table,” the maitre’d led them across the restaurant, indicating a small table near a towering plant. Seating them and handing them menus, he spoke again, “I’m sure Mr. Hannigan will be over soon. Please enjoy your meal ladies.”

Before either girl could open her menu, an older man came over. “Tara, welcome.” He kissed the blonde warmly on the cheek before indicating Willow, “this must be Willow?”

“Of course it is. Mr. Hannigan, this is my girlfriend Willow Rosenberg. Willow, Mr. Hannigan is the owner.”

As the owner leaned down to kiss the redhead on the cheek, he charmed her as well: “it’s a pleasure to meet you Willow. Welcome. Please enjoy your dinner and I’ll come check on you later.” With that, he moved across the restaurant to greet another patron.

Willow eyed Tara suspiciously, “ok, now I’m really curious. I mean how do you know him and why is he so friendly? And sweetie, how can you afford this? I mean, don’t get me wrong. I’m so glad and excited about our date but I’m worried about the money. Can I pay or help or something?”

Tara smiled, “don’t worry baby. How about if we look at the menu and after we order, I’ll explain it ok?”

Willow nodded, “ok. What’s good?”

The two girls spent a few minutes looking at the menu before both deciding to order a small steak, potato, and salad. After giving their orders to a very charming waiter who also seemed to know Tara personally, Willow took Tara’s hands in her own: “You look so beautiful baby. I can’t believe how lucky I am to be with you.” She softly kissed both Tara’s hands just as the waiter returned.

Setting two glasses of wine on the table, he indicated their source: “Mr Hannigan wishes you a Happy Anniversary. I’ll be back with your salads in a few minutes.”

After taking a sip of the wine and enjoying the taste, Willow cocked her eyebrow at the blonde.

Tara explained, “I’ve known the owner for years. I came here with my folks when we were visiting the school. He got along very well with my parents and they would always come here before… Well when they could come. Then, well, since I have contact with so many parents and everything when they come to visit and I show them and the students around, many of them ask me for recommendations for someplace for dinner. I can honestly recommend this restaurant and the owner appreciates that.”

As she talked, she stroked Willow’s palms lightly, tracing them with her fingertips. Willow felt chills up her spine with the sensual movement of Tara’s hands and was almost having trouble listening. “Whenever I visit, he says if I ever have a special occasion, I should bring someone here. And he’s wanted to meet you for months.”

Willow raised her eyebrow above her newly arrived salad, “how many months? This is two months.”

Tara smiled, “well, yes but I knew you were special long before that night.”

Willow flirted back, “really? When did you know?”

“Very first time I felt it?”

“Yes baby.” Willow was rapt with attention. Although the two girls now obviously felt so much for each other, she didn’t know how long it had been so for Tara and she suddenly was very curious.

Finishing her salad, Tara answered honestly, “when I saw you sleeping in the truck. After I picked you up at the train and you didn’t understand ‘y’all’.”

“Really?” Willow questioned.

Beginning her steak and potato, Tara nodded: “now baby, you have to be as honest. When did you know something was between us?”

“Oh Goddess this is a fantastic steak. Well, I knew I was attracted to you when you came to get me to give me the tour. But that there was something special between us, I’d say when we went into town to get my PO box. The connection was just so present,” Willow confessed.

Willow surprised Tara with the next thing she said: “Hey subject change. First off, this steak is fantastic and dinner is wonderful and you look beautiful but you eat meat and steak? I mean you’re, well, we’re Wiccan and I’d think that kind of thing doesn’t really go. What’s up with that?” Willow questioned.

Tara laughed as she answered: “Don’t let Mr. Hannigan hear you say that. I’ll tell you what my mother used to say: ‘My mama is a Witch but my Daddy is a farmer. When you grow up with it, it’s just natural sweetie.”

As if he heard them discussing them, the owner crossed the restaurant to greet the girls again: "How is everything ladies? Willow are you enjoying your dinner?” As the redhead nodded, he continued, “wonderful. Let me send another two glasses of wine over. Will you have room for dessert? I have something special ready for the two of you.”

As both girls nodded to each other that they would enjoy dessert, he clasped his hands: “Great. I’ll send it out after you have finished. Now let me get those drinks.”

The girls finished eating their dinner in silence, savoring the food, ambiance, and each other. Finishing their special desert and the second glasses of wine, they looked into each other eyes. For moments, they were lost in the look of the brightly colored orbs before them. Feeling Tara stroking her palms again, Willow whispered, “this is like a dream. I feel full and happy and a little drunk.” Teasingly she added, “you’re not trying to take advantage of me are you Ms Maclay?”

Raising Willow’s hand to her mouth, Tara kissed the redhead’s fingertips lightly, “would you mind?”

Gasping with her passion, Willow breathed out, “not possible. You couldn’t take advantage of me sweetie.”

Looking her girlfriend deeply in the eye, Tara told her, “I know.” Shifting the mood, she asked, “are you ready to go? We have more stops in our anniversary evening.”

As the two girls rose, Willow asked, “do you need to take care of the check? Can I help?”

Exiting and nodding to the staff, Tara answered, “it’s taken care of sweetie but thank you.”

As the two girls entwined hands to walk down the sidewalk Tara indicated the next part of the evening: “I thought we could look at all the lights down Main Street. They’re really beautiful.”

Stopping to pull Tara into a deep kiss Willow answered, “not as beautiful as you.’ As they broke the kiss and hugged, Willow whispered, “Goddess love, the way you look is really doing things to me. I mean. Oh Goddess. You’re beautiful and sexy.” Blushing slightly, she turned back to the sidewalk, taking Tara’s hand to continue looking at the lights.

Suddenly, she stopped on the sidewalk, “hey!”

Tara was shocked at the sudden change in her girlfriend: “Uh baby. What’s up? What’s with the shout?”

Excitedly Willow explained, “I forgot. Well, ok not forgot. No I guess forgot. I was getting ready and then I was waiting and then you showed up and you are so beautiful and this wonderful dinner and you are so beautiful and…” Like the first time, Tara silenced the Willow babble with her lips. Taking a breath Willow spoke more slowly, “ok, that works really well you know.”

“I’ve noticed,” Tara answered. “But you were saying you forgot something?”

Willow nodded, “your present. I got you something but when do you want to exchange?”

Tara smiled, “well the evening is your present but I think in a little while would be the perfect time.” The two girls had circled Main Street as they talked and kissed. They now stood in front of The Royal Arms, the oldest hotel in town. “Hey, they are supposed to have a really beautiful tree in the courtyard here. Want to go in?” Tara asked.

Snuggling closer to her girlfriend, Willow answered, “anywhere as long as it’s with you love.”

The two women entered the hotel, getting a few curious glances from the upper class and older patrons. Crossing the lobby, Willow was surprised that Tara seemed to know the location of the courtyard, but then realized that she must have been here before and directed parents to this location. She was shocked to enter the courtyard though.

Whatever Willow had expected was nothing to the sight before her. The courtyard was enormous. Modeled on a Spanish Estancia, all the rooms opened onto the open space. A Christmas tree stood in the center of the yard, at least 20 feet high with all white lights and covered with what must have been thousand of ornaments. She heard music playing lightly from speakers placed around the space.

Looking more slowly around, she admired the arrangement of the area. The hotel had three floors. Each room on the second and third floors contained a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The railings were decorated with greenery and lights. Many people sat on the balconies, enjoying the sight of the beautiful tree.

The first floor rooms opened directly onto ground level landings. The landings each contained various chairs and tables for having a drink in the evening or coffee and breakfast in the morning. Although they were open to the courtyard for enjoying the view, each landing also was afforded a certain amount of privacy by the arrangement of live plants bordering the patio. A nicely dressed waitress circled the patio area serving mixed drinks and coffee to patrons.

“Wow,” was all the redhead could gasp out as they moved to circle the tree and the courtyard slowly.

“You like?” Tara asked.

Hugging the blonde tightly, “baby, this is incredible. She pressed her lips tightly against Tara’s, wanting to express the love and special connection she felt.

Pulling back from the passionate embrace Tara pulled Willow along, “I’m glad you like it. Let’s sit.” She indicated the chairs on one of the patios and they enjoyed a mocha as they absorbed the beauty of the tree and the evening.

Sitting close together to enjoy the view of the tree and shared warmth of their bodies, the girls listened to the tune of the music. Hearing a familiar song, Tara commented, “this is one of my favorite songs:”

… and then she asked me, ‘do I look alright’

and I said ‘yes, you look wonderful tonight’

she concluded, kissing Willow gently. “Are you cold baby?” she asked.

Willow nodded, “a little.”

Smiling, Tara stood pulling the redhead by the hand while opening the door to the room: “well then let’s go in and warm up.”

How I adore nervous babbling Willow, and you portray her so well. Loved how in the middle of her ramble she said she felt bad for the oysters - so Willow.

Very sweet. I really liked your description of Tara's outfit and Willow's reactions to it, but what was the special dessert? Tara's not as easily teased about Willow's surprise as Willow was about hers, but I am. What is it? When will we get to see it?

Heh, Tara is rather sneaky... going into a hotel just to look at the tree....riiiight :)

I did kinda miss desert I think. Lots of interesting things you can do with desert see, so I was wondering what our vixens would do :)

So pretty much everyone at school knows about them, seems to be causing no problems then. Good thing that, very good. What did Tara promise James in return for him driving them to town ?

Tara has been around town for a few years and if she recommends places to parents I suppose the owners wont mind her visiting :) . Willow forgot her present ? I guess Tara made quite an impression when she came up to the room, heh.

Willow lost for words, there's something you don't see everyday....

Have a nice X-mas and thanks for the update.

Comments:

Xita – Sorry I missed your comment back after part 11. Glad you’re reading and liking.

Stef – Ha ha :rollin . You don’t always get that excited about being first but you always are! Woo hoo, you are first! :clap . Glad you liked the update. Yes, love bites in bikini lines always the best. She’s kind of a tease isn’t she?

mollyig – Yes, I love that Willow too. Very babblish but then Tara is babble-friendly isn’t she? Sometimes Tara can really get going too but they always seem to understand each other.

DMW – Hmmm, not trying to tease about the desert. It wasn’t essential to the date. Just that it was special and sweet. No spreading it and licking or anything like that. Ha ha. Willow’s surprise in a few parts but really, it’s a small thing. Can’t you picture Tara dressed like that though? Totally hot and sleek.

Grimaldi – So thank you.

Grimmy – Well, it was a beautiful tree so it could happen. :blush . But yes, that’s pretty sneaky. Yes, DMW mentioned about the desert too. No spreading and licking or anything, just a nice sweet treat. Yes, everyone is fine with their relationship. That’s the universe that I’ve invented here. Actually, that’s mostly my personal universe too so they can live in it. Of course, there’s still Tara’s family and Sunnydale to come out too so that could be a thing … Re: James, I was going to write that in but got bored, it was a trade situation with her trading him some drawings for the drive-something like that. She’s pretty good at using her skills for currency since she doesn’t have currency for currency. Very self-sufficient.

Hmmm, no Willow didn’t forget to bring the present. She forgot to give the present. She has it with her but forgot about it. Thanks and you have a good holiday too.

Debra

Oh you can be so romantic Debra, or rather Tara can. I'm so glad! Wonderful to see Willow panic somewhat, unable to plan any of the anniversary. Rather fun in a perverse way. Especially since she was worrying so much that she forgot to give her present. Hopefully you'll continue in the same vein when you return? I can be somewhat of a romantic sap sometimes. Must be the christmas spirit that brings it out of me.

Hope you have/had a great christmas,

Sonya

Gotta leave town soon but will respond to limited comments (come-on Kittens, more feedback please).

Nick – Thanks as always. Yes, very sweet and romantic; that’s our girl. :tara

littlecrazy80 – Thanks.

Sonya – Ha ha, yes someone can be romantic. It’s much easier for her than for me I think. Yes, Willow not in control a different feeling for her. Oh yeah baby, much more romance to come. You too!

Velaingie – Thank you so much for 3 OMGs, must be good to get that. Yes, very Willowbabble and more of that to come. We have far to go and much more sweetness and romance before we get to the end. Thanks for reading and commenting.
