you know what i am sick of the excuses. Tara didn't go and sleep with someone when Willow hurt her. The only ones responsible for their actions are the people that do it

With all due respect to you, Ms Esteemed Moderator, I don't think that's a particularly fair comparison. The W/T relationship and breakup was very different to the X/A breakup on almost all levels, and comparing them doesn't do justice to either.
Anya doesn't need an excuse for sleeping with Spike. After all, Xander left her at the alter. And not only did he walk out on her big day, he left her to face his revolting family and clean up his mess. Then, according to rumours, he turns up at their apartment and tells her he doesn't want marriage, but he still wants to date. Huh?
Anya has every reason to doubt Xander's true feelings and no real reason to feel any kind of loyalty or commitment to him. Moreover, she was probably feeling unwanted and needy and Spike was available. Ergo a somewhat silly one night stand, but one which Xander has no right to make any kind of judgment about.
Tara, on the other hand, is in a very different position to Anya. Not only is she a person with a lesser bent toward vengeance, but she is also clear on Willow's feelings. Tara knows Willow loves her, and would take her back in an instant. She also knows that whatever Willow did to her, it was done without malice, and that Willow meant well.
Moreover, Tara still loves Willow with all her heart, and she knows that once Willow gets better they'll have a genuine shot of getting back together for good. She's even made that clear to Willow. Hence, Tara had neither the desire nor the motivation to move on. Indeed, she arguably had an obligation not to move on without further communication. And the same goes for Willow.
W/T and X/A are qualitatively different relationships, and different breakups.

This is ridculous!!!! Anya did not hold a gun to Spike's head. Spike goes along with it. He is as much to blame as Buffy.

Once again, not getting the blame thing.
Granted, given the circumstances, what Spike and Anya did probably wasnt very wise or healthy. But both single (Buffy having made it perfectly clear she wants nothing more to do with Spike) and both believe the other is, too (Spike believes Anya has been dumped, and she had no idea he was ever with Buffy). Why shouldn't they find some comfort in each other? Neither owe their respective exes anything, and both are drunk, needy and depressed. In such circumstances, I'd be surprised if they didn't do something stupid - and at least they chose something life affirming (sex) over life destorying (vengeance spell).
There's a lot of stupidly all round in this upcoming episode (W/T aside), but I really can't see why there can be any blame, because there was simply no commitment for either Spike or Anya to betray.
