Bah, if anyone actually does die I'll be happy (excluding W/T of course). And I just mean it's getting so annoying with everyone saying "oh so and so is gonna die", "but no they're actually not now this person is gonna die". I just wish everyone would make up their minds. Personally I'm on the nobody dies bandwagon and everything ends up perfect in the end.
And on another note. Awwwwwww if the spoilers for eppy 17 are true I'm gonna be so happy, it's about time Willow and Tara got back together.

If you want to interpret Wanda's statement as some on certain other boards have done - that is to say, "someone who has nearly been killed three times and will be killed the fourth time," there's really nobody that paradigm fits. The only people who have ever done death's door type hospital time are Buffy ("Grad II") and Willow ("Becoming II"), plus also Cordelia ("Lovers Walk"), Giles ("Spiral") and Faith ("Grad II") who are no longer regulars. And each of those characters only had one such instance. Yes, Tara did hospital time as well, but that was for being brain-sucked, which Glory very clearly said was not life-threatening.
So if you want to interpret Wanda's statement the way these people on certain other boards do, you must then set up a definition of "life-threatening." Technically speaking, every time they go on patrol their lives are in danger. Where do you draw the line? It's totally arbitrary and therefore means nothing.
I've come up with a few other possible interpretations of "fourth time's the charm." Please take them in the tongue-in-cheek manner I intend them.
It's Dawn! Michelle Trachtenberg is fourth in the credits.
It's Spike! He's Buffy's fourth lover, after Angel, Parker and Riley.
It's Amy! She's appeared in three episodes so far this year, so she could die in her fourth one.
If you go in alphabetical order, it's Spike again, unless you count Xander as an "A" instead of an "X" in which case it would be Dawn again, or if you counted Xander as an "X" but Spike as a "W" (for William) then it would be Tara.
If you go by height...
Starting to get the idea? It could be anybody.
Are there any associations between the number four and Tito?

The only realsitic sense I can draw from Wanda's commnt is that a "Big Scooby Death" this season would be the Fourth time a major character has died:
1) Buffy
2) Angel
3) Joyce
Any other interpretations are seeming quite frankly, ludicrous!
p.s. I made a couple of posts earlier at the Bronze Beta, about the worrying negativity of some "shippers" on the internet (and how I don't consider myself a "shipper" for one couple or another*** - my interest in the show reaches further than that etc.) bashing rival "ships" etc..
Anyways, I felt I had to point out that "the W/T fans seem to be both the most dedicated and the least "closed minded" of all BtVS "shippers".
Its true - I don't think I've ever read a nasty post from a W/T shipper anywhere. Shows how W/T brings out the best in people!
***Though I stated that I am not a "shipper" of any sorts, I am a HUGE fan of both Willow and Tara, and love every ounce of what Joss & co. have done with the characters and the relationship.
And I reckon they'll get back together - but I won't stop watching if they don't.

You're right partyman. Buffy, Angel and Joyce have died. Buffy twice. I think that there are too many scoobie deaths. Katrina got killed. Supposedly, Johnathan dies and now a scoobie. Season Six is a lot dark than the other Seasons.
Season 1 was the introduction of Buffy, Willow and Xander.
Season 2 we learnt more of Xander and Willow's past and Willow having a crush. Plus when Buffy and Angel got close.
Seaosn 3 was a final school year season. It focused more on Buffy being at school and studying for her SATs. Plus Faith (I like Faith too) turned evil.
Season 4 was about the scoobies moving on in life. Buffy and Willow going to college while Xander goes to work. Plus Buffy's re-placement for Angel came into the show, Riley.
Season 5 was a lot darker. Focusing on Buffy and her family. Having a little sister, Riley leaving, Joyce dying, Tara getting her brain sucked and Willow going nutty, Buffy going into a trance and then Buffy dying.
Season Six, focuses on Buffy finding a place in life, college didn't work out and now she is going to work at Double Meat Palace. Plus Dawn is looking for her place in life. Anya and Xander are trying to get their life started by engagement at the end of season 5. Now they're gonna get married, (Not in episode 16, but maybe soon). Willow and Tara have fallen out and they have got to work it out, Tara can do magic but Willow is terribly addicted. And Giles leaving was bad for Buffy. (I read from the marti noxon interview that was on here that they'll get ASH back in the show whenever he's in America.
Basicly, I think that all of the characters are going threw a rough time. But I think it works out in the end, I mean, most things do.
What do you think?
Plus, if you want some other spoilers, visit www.geocities.com/Buffyspoilers2002 It was lat updated on Jan 26th. It has spoilers about the weddin and after wards. My friend who runs it sed that he's gonna make stuff on their like what I just said

first off, AngelX is a she (unless Michelle is becoming a modern-day boy's name), and Sweetie's spoilers have been reliable in the past. She and AngelX get them from different sources and I believe both try to confirm them on their own before they post them. Of course, no one spoiler source is going to be completely infallible because things change, information can get twisted, etc.
hope that helps a bit

Blah...too early for dissapearing post content.
Okay, as I was saying. Dawn's not the one who gets Spike to the party. He hears about it from a certain someone this board favors, and she's not a blond (obvious enough for you?). And Spike brings more to the party than just beer, he brings Clem! (Flabby skin demon from Kitten Poker.) I say this only because Clem and Tara exchange words and play poker (minus the kittens!) with Spike at the party.
And about all the hoopla surrounding Wanda and Herc's "spoilers" about the BSD? Until one of them reveals a character and an episode name, it's so not even worth worrying about. I have it on good authority that both have been less than undefiable this season with certain big spoilers, no reason why one or both can't be wrong about this drama.
There. Spoiled. Enjoy.

If you go by height...

There. Spoiled. Enjoy.

Thanks so much for the info, Michelle. Tara playing poker with Spike and his pal. I am so ready for this ep!

1) Buffy
2) Angel

Who is this Sweetie person at the Beyond Surrender website and are her spoilers very reliable? Or does she just take things from other people? Is Angel X the most reliable spoiler? Seems to be...And he says no Tara death , right?

first off, AngelX is a she (unless Michelle is becoming a modern-day boy's name), and Sweetie's spoilers have been reliable in the past. She and AngelX get them from different sources and I believe both try to confirm them on their own before they post them. Of course, no one spoiler source is going to be completely infallible because things change, information can get twisted, etc.
hope that helps a bit

Okay, as I was saying. Dawn's not the one who gets Spike to the party. He hears about it from a certain someone this board favors, and she's not a blond (obvious enough for you?). And Spike brings more to the party than just beer, he brings Clem! (Flabby skin demon from Kitten Poker.)
