I think you're wrong. My understanding is that Tara is n episode 17. I think she's the one that saves Willow from Buffy. In the small transcript that AngelX posted for episode 18, Tara and Willow each tell each other that they are glad Buffy didn't hurt the other, so I'm pretty sure she's there. If Willow does save the day in episode 19,without using magic, then I think that would go a long way in bringing her and Tara closer to a reconciliation.........

Tonight the loathed, hated and completely mistrusted Wanda from Eonline would have had her weekly chat. I seem to remember Steve DeKnight posting on the Bronze that his episode 19 wasn't dark, but more of a light hearted episode. If this is true then one could assume nothing horrible happens in this episode. Therefore, if Amber is in episodes 16,17,18, and 19 (fullfilling her 16 episode contract),I believe this bodes well for her being in more than 16 like last year.

Thanks Alexis. Wanda should just give up the spoiler game or keep quiet. It's very obvious that she knows nothing about the future of BTVS. She has zero sources. Every Monday she posts the exact info( only worded a bit different) that has been posted to death on numerous boards and sites in the Buffy fandom. Wanda just steals the info and posts it as her own from her sources. She has gotten to be laughable.

I love Steve's work, but like all of those ME writers, he's a shifty untrustworthy evil bastard.

Make that nada. What constitutes a close source I wonder? Someone who works at that amusement park maybe? The thing with location shoots is that it is very hard to keep them secret I think. We have had our very own Bob and Shanie bringing us more reliable and detailed reports (I'm still a little green about them finding the holy grail ) than Wanda ever did this year. So it seems a bit silly to imply having some deep mysterious inside source spilling the beans about something that can literally be seen from miles away. Oh well, it is still a spoiler of course, one that we read about 3 days ago, but still a spoiler. Go Wanda.

Don't get mad at me, please. I just have this one little thing that keeps coming to mind. Buffy's birthday? No Giles. X/A's wedding? No Giles. Not even a mention.

Yet we have spoilers that state that Giles should be around the last few eps of the season. So what I keep thinking is - what's it going to take to get Giles to show up again?

The good spin on this is that perhaps the Scoobies are just respecting his wishes. Perhaps if he sees they are finally facing challenges without him, he will return just to visit.

Do we have anymore insight into this from anywhere?

Giles missing from B's birthday was understandable, but to miss the wedding I find hard to believe. So like you I wonder what it will take to get him back!

As far as Giles being persuaded to come back, if it's some kind of crisis that he is needed for, I'd wager it has something to do with Dawn's arc, possibly Buffy's, too. I can't help but think something really serious is coming up for Dawn. Any one else share my belly rumblin's? Then again, it also wouldn't surprise me all that much if Giles just decided to pop back in to see everyone because he misses them, and found himself caught up in whatever ouchiness is going down at the time.

Wow, a whole post without me speculating about naked Willow straddling increasingly naked Tara during a make-up sex scene- oh... wait. Crap. Well, I almost made it that time. Points for trying?

[Rant] The Giles thing is seriously bugging me, too. I can even understand him not coming for some reason- but no mention? no phone call? Nothing?

I think he's in the TV Guide cast listing for next week, but that's certainly not definite. For a show that is usually so good at the continuity, at not just forgetting characters and storylines just because they don't happen to be shown on screen, I really feel they've dropped the ball with Giles. He's been a huge part of all of their lives. And yeah, he wanted to back off to give Buffy a chance to stand on her own two feet, but that doesn't just erase five years of friendship.

Anyway, Wiccagrrl, last year we had the same thing happening with Tara (4 times), first we have Family: all W/T all the time, then we have Into the Woods: Tara go *poof*

This year we have been fortunate with our Taraless eps, we have heard her mentioned, we have in fact gotten very lovely scenes mentioning Tara, the next best thing to actually having her in a scene.

Anyway, the fact that Giles is not in episodes, where it would make sense for his character to be in, probably has more to do with ASH ability to be there. And I am sure the scoobies have not forgotten Giles or anything close to that. An onscreen mention of Giles would certainly not go amiss though. We know they care, but it would still be nice to hear him mentioned.

I know this is sometimes considered a taboo question, but how old is James Marsters? I've read both 30 and 40.

I don't know that James Marsters age is a spoiler, but I've a very dear friend who knows James - she's an actor that has known him from both Chicago and Seattle. And she told me he was almost 40. So, I don't know his exact age but I'd say he's between 38 and 40. He is not anywhere around 30.
I'm sure you could find out exactly how old he is by visiting a Spike or Marsters oriented website instead of a Willow/Tara one.

I checked a few places and looks like James' birthday is August 20, 1962, which would make him 39, turning 40 later this year.
