I was wondering if anyone on this site has been able to get audio cd copies of her books? I've looked on Amazon and drawn a blank and the only other people who gave me info say it's available as an audio download, but I don't have anything to download it too. If anybody can can help me then please do cos this lack is making me a very unhappy kitten :(

Yeah willowtaralover...I did my search and that's how I found out I won't be able to be there..wee wee...have to save save save...as for the audio CD...if you have the link (which I couldn't find it), I can ask my friend see if she can do something about it...she knows those 1001010101....

The problem is that all the sites I've checked for the audiobooks aren't selling outside of the US and Canada. In fact so far no one is selling the audiobooks in the UK which is annoying as I very much want to buy them.

I bought a signed copy of Death's Daughter off their shelves, and it cost me the exact same as if I'd gotten an unsigned copy, so I don't think they would charge extra for this. You just have to get it through them when she's going to be there.

I don't know if anyone is aware of this but in September Amber will have a Calliope short story published in a compilation book called 'Apple For The Creature' which will be available from Amazon. There will also be short stories from the books editor Charlaine Harris, creator of the Sookie Stackhouse series and Thomas E. Sniegoski who co-wrote the two Buffy video games with Christopher Golden.

I know that Amber had a short story entited 'Green Man published last year in an anthology called 'Courts of the Fey' which is a collection of stories about fairies, both light and dark. I got it off Amazon; details are below

Forgive me if this is old news.

This is the story Amber has in a recent anthology, An Apple For the Creature. (Includes Charlaine Harris, Nancy Holder, Thomas Sniegoski, and others.) In it Calliope Reaper-Jones is taking a class in wormhole making and, doing an exercise, she pops ehrself into a praralell earth, and Happy is a local charcter she meets there.

Happy is an aisstant to a celbrity and both have psychic abilites, and the hsitory is definitely different. I posted on Facebook that I liked the story and asked if this was a new fictional 'verse she was planning on writing in. My verdist was "para-normal plus AU- go for it!"

She didn't confirm, or deny, but she did "Like" my comment. Make of that what you wish.

Not sure if anyone knows this but Amber also has a short story in the zombie anthology '21st Century Dead' edited by her friend and GoA co-creator Chris Golden. Incidentally if you look on the Amazon page and read the reviews from other readers one says that her story, 'Antiparallelogram' needs to be written as a novel as it is to good to be left as a short story.

Also can anyone help me. Earlier this year she put out the first chapter of her YA novel 'Cal and the Park Lake Monster', at least I think that's the title, but have heard nothing about it since. Does anybody have any further info on this book?
