Feena, that picture is...um...wow. I've never seen the more realistic showers before. BTW, great bathroom decor and landscaping. I need to hang out wherever you download your accessories.

Thanx Scout I liked the shower effect too, I've found another shower on a site without a door 2nite, but not uploaded it into the game - that could be an interesting pic!!!

I love making everything just right, the backgrounds as well. I'm terrible when I'm taking photos too - I've been known to lie on my back in a graveyard in France to take a photo of some crosses silhouetted against the sky. (I know, weird, but it's a hobby of mine )

Preface: I'm completely addicted to a game called the Sims. You can create sim people and build houses for them and watch them and help them live their lives. It's completely customizable, so naturally I have Willow and Tara in it.

Thanks for the compliments Scout My Willow's outfit is a slightly modified version of a rave outfit that came with the House Party pack (In the last picture on this post Willow is wearing the actual rave outfit that came with HP.)

Ok, I know that we've probably gone through this already. But a friend of mine is trying to put 'The Sims' on her laptop.



She has 'The Sims' on there already. and wasnts to add on one of the expansion packs. When she tries to do this, it comes up with a message like' Do you want to uninstall the sims first/ She obviously clicks 'NO", but then the game freezes on her.



What might she be doing wrong?

taramaclay, Boy that's a head scratcher! Does it freeze up on the installation or does it install but then freeze up when she starts or plays the game?

Sailorlum:: Apearently the problem is that she wasnts to install the new one, she gets the unintall thingy, answers no, and the message keeps popping back up. She can't get past that question.



Could this be a prob with it being a laptop. I'm guessing no, but can't hurt to ask.

WOOHOOOOO!! i have willow and tara sims!, im so happy! lol.

Question tho... I want to start a new neiborhood, but it wont let me! Do you have to fill up one neiborhood before it'll let you start building on another? A box comes up asking if you want the neiborhood unlocked, so i pressed yes, but i still couldnt build or inport a family. And i Sooooooo want to bulid a sunnydale in sim verision. Anyone have any advise? Thanks xxx

I had the same problem trying to install Livin' large on the PC taramaclay. I don't know what I did but one day I tried it again and it just worked. I have already tried to install it on a laptop and that didn't work for me. I guess it depends on the laptop. Good luck.

I had so much trouble with the whole Sims empire...that I eventually just had to give up on it. Everytime my computer did a brain fart...which really isn't that often....the game would crash and I would have to start over. It got really really old after the 4th or 5th time. I still haven't been able to pinpoint the reason for this...but my scandisk zeroed in on the exe file to start the game...and ate it every time. I was just trying to be a good little girl and make sure my computer stays in working order...and it eats my game. Anyone else came across a really hungry scandisk?



I have tried just about everything...so I am gonna give it just one more try. I am not starting over again!

Katydid, that's wild - I've never heard of scandisk eating a game file before. Assuming your computer meets the system requirements for the game, you might want to give Tech Chat a try (find them on the FAQ page). Maybe they could explain why that's happening or provide a way to get around it. That must really be a pain! Good luck.

I'm a bad Molly. I never ever used the money cheat in The Sims before, but when I got the W/T skins, I wilted. I just want them to have the best things. They're now happily ensconced in a huge villa with the nicest of possessions and each other.

hey sims kittens! i'm back! (i've been on vacation for a month) i've got tons of new sims stuff and i totally redid willow and tara's house so i have tons of new pictures to post, which i'll probably do later tonight. can't wait to see your comments, especially scout's, whose are the best.



as to the bedroom set i have: i have no idea where i got it at this point, but let me look around at the places i usually get furniture so i can tell you.

i don't find my naked SIM tara sexy because she has no nipples and that really really disturbs me. i want her to have nipples!!! it's so wrong for tara to not have nipples. sometimes when sim tara gets out of the shower, i turn away because i'm so upset that she has no nipples.
