Clearly theres no answer

to why i feel this way

just the day to day hell

of living here

there arent enough words

to make enough endings

to make up

for my beginning



I just dont see the point

in life if everything

dies anyway

everything alive

wont be here

everything that is born dies

even ideas

some just take longer

to expire

it would be so much easier

if we all had expiration dates

what a waste

living on gambled time



tell me something beautiful

and i find the pain beneath

i know enough

to know i know better

sometimes i feel like im

unwraveling

and all my pieces

are out of reach

and if only my arm

was a little longer

eveyrthing could be

put back in order



a glimpse into the life of me

who am i?

reading the journals

the posts entries notebooks

who is this girl?

and does she know

that im living her life.



so many ways to say i love you...this much is true.

In winter

with the soft snow

flowing 'round

coating the trees

like lies

that melt

into icey teardrops

crying out

for the warmth

of love

of spring's

first kiss

and summer's romance

winter baits me

with candied sugar

sprinkled liberally

over my life

tempting to taste

the sweet green leaves

frozen beneath

hiding from

the taste of longing

of love lost

and life waiting.
