Is it just me?

For some reason, thie picture at the top has moved itself next to the profile link, and whenever I try to read a story, I must scroll from left to right constantly. Is this just on my computer?

It's because the page has the format for Firefox, if you want to download it at the bottom of the page there's the link to Mozilla Firefox 3.

Uh..kinda annoying actually.

I know Firefox is free and all, but I really don't want another browser and have to redo all my customizations. Yeah, yeah I know microsoft sucks and we should support superior open source applications, blah blah..
I'm guess I'm just stuck in my ways.

ETA: I've just been updating my fic over at pens, and to say it was a frustrating experience would be an understatement.

I usually copy and paste into the reply window and add any tags that are required as I go eg, bold, quote, and italics.

I've just discovered that highlighting the text and selecting and applying the tag from the selections available bounces me back to the top of the reply window each time meaning I have to scroll down through my text again to apply the next one were applicable. I ended up typing the bbcode in because it drove me nuts.

Also, if I try to apply an emoticon into the copy and pasted text, as I would normally do, it automatically puts it at the end of text.

Sorry to the Mods for another complaint, but it was such a pain updating I almost cancelled it.

It looks like I had left out a tag. Thanks for letting us know. I put the firefox thing up there for a day and when I took it out I must have taken out an important tag. It's back in now and it should work, please let me know if it is still messed up.

I am a big firefox fan but I wouldn't make the kitties get it! I want everyone to see the board. I just hadn't noticed it cause I don't use IE.

The emoticon thing, i don't know, I haven't changed anything with that so I am not sure what the problem is there.

Hi, it's me again.

I did a little experiment replying, but not submitting, in the test thread using both Firefox and IE.

With Firefox as the browser the 'jumping' thing is still happening when highlighting and tagging, as is inserting emoticons into the body of the text copied and pasted going to the very end of the body of text, but everything is as it should be with IE.

Weird!!

With the IE problem sorted I'll use it when updating, but I have got used to Firefox over the last few days and I like the way the board looks on it so I'm gonna keep it.
