I'm in a shitty mood. My wife read me the riot act this morning for suggesting that she may need to see a doctor (based on the accupuncturist saying the same fucking thing yesterday). Then she's been a raging bitch all day. The weather sucks and I'm tired of being in the house!

Oh yeah and my fucking in-laws are coming tomorrow for the express purpose of NOT helping with the baby or the house which means I need to clean for their visit and feed that. That's totally fucking backwards, people.

Re: The Crappy Feelings Thread

Today didn't feel like it was a particularly crappy day, but looking back it kind of was. It started out good, but then I went to the local elementary school for my first teaching placement- only to find out that the education studies supervisor (who has been unreliable about these things in the past) had gotten the times of the program mixed up. I walked in just as they were finishing. :( So I went back home, and spent the entire afternoon sending out emails, trying to rearrange my placement to find a place and time that actually fits my schedule, as well as a ride to get there since I don't drive.

Then later in the afternoon, I found out Heath Ledger had died. It didn't exactly send me into spirals of depression or anything, since I didn't know him personally, but it was a little bit upsetting. Everything after that seems a bit solemn with that news hanging over it.

On top of it all, a friend of mine and I have just spent an hour "breaking up" over AIM. I don't deny that it's because I've been a god-awful friend to him. He had a lot of problems and desperately needed me there, and I just blew him off. Sadly, this year a lot of his friends betrayed him, and he mistakenly counted me among that number, which added to the strain on our relationship. I could do a lot better, but for some reason I don't particularly want to. I'm too tired from this relationship already.

Right now, I just wish I were a better friend.

AsteroidTU24 has NASA concerneed, Hitting Earth?
http://naturalplane.blogspot.com/200...roid-2007.html

Asteroid 2007 TU24 has NASA concerned. A former colleague of mine is now a contract worker for NASA who develops and maintains the software applications for the Solar System Dynamic simulator and other NASA applications. He called me last night to inform me that NASA has there full focus and attention on this asteroid. All software applications support staff have been directed to devote their time specifically to running solutions on this Near Earth _object_. They are running solutions with different inputs and the results are so close to direct impact that NASA has decided not to update the online simulator with these results. When you look at the current solution online the last orbit determination parameter is from January 1, 2008. THIS DATA IS 11 DAYS OLD

I'm so tired... I don't know what to do for her anymore. She refuses any help. And she just hurts me a bit more every day.
I feel pretty bad, would like to curl up in a ball in my bed, but it wouldn't help... Better here talking.

My poor Bubba Dog has been throwing up the past half hour and not just a little bit. I have no clue whats wrong. I took him to the vet yesterday to get his rabies vaccine and I'm wondering if he didn't catch a stomach bug there. Well here I am laying here not wanting to go to sleep b/c I'm scared he will get sick again. I guess if he isn't better tomorrow I'll have to take him to vet. Please don't get sick again :pray

My transmission died, and I'm now car-less (in the Michigan winter).

GG And my mechanic can't even SEE my car, until Friday. Plus the fact, that I don't know if it's even financially viable to fix it. Out

I hate when she's like this. She gets so angry and tense and I don't know what to do and her anger feels like a weight bearing down on me.

i don't know why i'm surprised or why it hurts, but the girl had a major freak-out today about how close we've gotten and how fast things have been moving and now we're taking what's supposed to be a little break/step back, but i think we both know that just means we're too weak to end it outright today and are giving ourselves a few days. she runs when she gets too close and says she's not ready for a girlfriend, so why should i stick around? even if i'm crazy about her? i have been here more times than i can count. same story, different girls. why do i think there will ever be an alternate ending? that's insanity, right?
