To post a picture you can't just copy and paste it.
There are two ways of doing it: #1 Hotlinking or #2 hosting.

To hotlink you have to rightclick on the image you want to post, go to properties and then copy the URL. Then you enter that URL into the BBcode tags needed to display the image on the forums here like this:

To host an image, is the better thing to do as it's free and doesn't use bandwidth from the original site. Photobucket is one a lot of people use. You can upload any image from your own computer or copy one from another site and then use that URL like I've done above.
