it's not worth a whole thread so I'm posting it here;
Does anyone know if I can take a bottle of vitamin tablets with me to LA? With the prohibitions on what you can bring into the US and all? It's Solgar brand, manufactured in the USA and the bottle says it was made for Solgar Vitamins Holland but all the text on it is in English (so the people at the border will have no problem reading hat's in it)

I really can't find any information on it since it's not perscription... but I'll be sure to get pretty sick if I don't take it for more than a few days, having trouble with processing iron and B12 and living mostly vegan lifestyle (I know, not the best factors when combined LoL)

Anyone who has experience with this? Bringing pills into the USA when you live in Amsterdam seems like risky business to me, even though I'm completely clean and always have been...
